As for me, I have been an automotive journalist since late 2007. I’ve been on staff at Consumer Guide Automotive, Web2Carz.com, research firm Mintel, and from 2017 until recently I was the managing editor at The Truth About Cars.

I’ve also freelanced covering autos for Consumer Guide, AutoGuide, Vehix, FutureCar, Cars.com, Torque News, Hot Cars, Motor Authority, Green Car Reports, About.com, and others. I also cover sports on a freelance basis, but my focus on this site will be automotive.
